A Brave Warrior Needs Your Help.

She has been at the forefront of the psoriasis advocacy in the Philippines. Giving HOPE to patients who are running out of it. The community calls her a wounded warrior who never gives up in helping the community improve the lives of people with psoriasis ~ a non-curable skin condition that entails major psycho-social and physical stigma. She along with 30-50% of psoriasis patients suffer from painful and debilitating psoriatic arthritis.
Day in and day-out, she would make sure that no patient suffers from self-pity and would always pray with the patient until everyone feels better.
A few months ago, this warrior was diagnosed with Stage 3b breast cancer. But instead of allowing pain and fear consume her, she devoted her time to what she does best--counselling patients-- uplifting every souls who calls for help.
This month, January 2013, our psoriasis warrior, Blanca Malig (Tita Blanca or Ate Blanca to most) will go under the knife of the surgeon after enduring her chemotheraphy sessions in the past few months. This time, our brave warrior needs our help. Psorphil is now knocking on the heart of whoever can read this to please share/donate any amount so we can help her in her operation. Please remember that even a small amount will help. Let us help her so that she can continue with her passion: helping and encouraging psoriasis patients.
