It is especially helpful for hair that looks dry and unruly after styling and resists holding a set. Keratin coating will give hair a shiny smooth finish that will make it amazingly easy to style. It protects the hair shafts by coating the hair follicle.The cortex(second layer of hair) is changed after the bonds of keratin are applied. Keratin is used to change the structure of the hair on the inside of the shaft and then bonds and locks into place on the outside of the hair follicle. HOW TO USE: 1. Wash hair with your mild salon quality shampoo twice, vigorously, focusing on the hair and not the scalp. 2. Towel dry the hair. Section the hair into four sections and begin to apply the Keratin Cream with a brush from the top and working your way to the bottom of the hair. 3. Once the product is applied, run a fine tooth comb through the hair. If the product remaincs on the comb, squeeze the excess cream out until the comb runs through tha hair clean. 4. Leave the Keratin Cream for about 60 to 90 minutes using a cap to retain the head's natural heat. After the recommended time period, wash the hair gently with warm water. 5. You can blow dry, fan dry and/or flat iron the hair for better result. TIPS AFTER THE TREATMENT: 1. Do not wash your hair for two to three full days following the treatment. 2. Do not use any clips or bands following the treatment as they can leave dents in the hair. 3. Do not use dry shampoos or other products in the hair for the two to three day period. 4. Once they have shampooed, use sulfate free shampoo (Salon grade shampoo) and conditioner. NOTE: Salon grade shampoo and conditioner is also availble in our store.
