We received an order last January 21, 2011 from a well regarded St. Luke's Global City OB-Gyn. She has a 4 month old baby and wants to try our Rescue Products. She ordered our Lavender Rescue Sticks, a few Anti-Mosquito Rescue Sticks, a couple of Rescue Gels and a pack of Rescue Patches.
We got her order and deliver them the following day. We sent her a hand written note thanking her for her order and for trusting us.
Last February 2, 2011 we got a text message from the same doctor.... barely 2 weeks after receiving her first order.
Here is her text message:
"Good morning Mommy Maricel. This is Dr. Cathy Donato. I would like to order Lavender Sticks again for my son. 5 pieces. Do you have a bigger size? Thanks!"
Of course we were happy to hear from her. It is just that we weren't expecting for her to ran out of the Lavender Sticks this fast. It got us thinking... Why did she run out of sticks this soon? We replied with an SMS asking her when it is convenient to call as we wanted to clarify a few things... and she immediately calls.
We asked her why she was ordering another batch and she said that..
"Well, I have tried different ointments for my son some of them even has steroids... nothing worked. Until we tried your Lavender Sticks on him." She even went on and on about loving the product so much that they (yaya and hubby) don't go anywhere without one in their pockets. What truly touched us is the fact that she is going to include our humble creation in her patient kit so new mommies will know about our product. She even volunteered to have a personal testimony that we could use in spreading the word. She loves and believes in our product THAT much that she is endorsing them to her patients.
