The 40,000 pesos is all inclusive of the professional fee, facility fee, and IMT ASPHERICx aspheric foldable intraocular lens. If you choose to upgrade your IOL to a premium one, the upgrade fee for the specific IOL of choice needs to be paid and ordered in clinic 1 day prior to surgery.

Exclusions: cataract surgery requiring combined surgical procedures and other devices, i.e., use of capsular tension ring, use of iris hooks, pterygium surgery, corneal transplantation, trabeculectomy, iris repair, vitrectomy, etc. Additional fees are collected for these additional devices and procedures.
Exclusions: patients with uncontrolled diabetes, heart disease, blood dyscrasia, asthma, renal disease, liver disease. Individuals with these conditions should have the cataract procedure done in a tertiary hospital setting with cardiopulmonary clearance and an anesthesiologist.
