The 3" rosette flower is made of pleated plain-colored Grosgrain ribbon and adorned with a clear rhinestone at the center. It's padded with felt and attached to a coordinating custom-sized foldover elastic. This is the hair trinket that can go practically well with every baby's ensemble.
