"Although it suggests a big serving I dont' always take them all. But if I do I will take either 3/3 or 2/2/2 to make it less strenuous. I once took all 6 at once and felt a little nuts (anxious and sharp focus). Best to space out for me LOL. Overall great concentration of ingreds, not sure how they do it though!"

"I've been taking supplements since the late 1960's, have tried a lot of different products over those years. My excellent health at age 67 is, I believe, directly attributable to the programs I have followed, including healthy diet and exercise.
But, until I took this product I have never felt any immediate or seriously noticeable difference in my body, and have in fact scoffed at a friend who will try something new and say he feels the impact after only one dose. I took 2 or 3 of these the first day they arrived, with dinner, didn't think any more about it but had lots of extra energy, did a lot more than I'd normally do in an evening.
