Meetups: Meetup can be done on the following locations only: SM Megamall, Shangri-La Mall, Starmall EDSA, RCBC Tower Ayala Avenue (Weekdays only).
Shipping: Shouldered by the client. Multiple items can be shipped together to maximize the receptacle. Shipping via LBC,Air21,JRS Express or Xend. Shipping rates depends on the location, weight of items and courier.
How to Reserve Item:
1) Client must submit the Order Form indicating the Item, Payment Mode and Shipping preference.
2) Seller will send the total amount to the client including shipping. If the buyer confirms the order, seller will reserve the item to the buyer.
3) The item will be reserved for 3 days. If no payment has been received after 3 days, the item will be released.
4) Reservation can be extended to 14 days provided that the buyer has paid the reservation fee at least 50% of the total amount.
5) If the remaining amount has not been paid after 14 days, item will be released. Reservation fee is non-refundable.
How to Order:
1) Buyer must submit the Order Form indicating the Item, Payment Mode and Shipping preference. If client has reserved the item and submitted the form, no need to re-submit.
2) Buyer must submit the proof of payment by text or email.
- For bank deposits, kindly send the time and date of the transaction, the amount paid and the branch where the deposit was made.
- For Paypal, kindly send the merchant's name, time and date of the transaction and the amount paid.
3) Seller will confirm the receipt of payment and will ship the items immediately. Seller will provide the AWB (Airway Bill) and when to expect the package to the buyer.
Seller will contact the buyer and send the order summary by text or email. Seller will ask the buyer to confirm the order by replying to the email or text. If no confirmation has been received after 24 hours, item will be released and any reservation fees are forfeited.
Buyer may wish to cancel the order if the transaction has not been confirmed yet. Buyer will contact the seller by text or email indicating the item and buyer's name. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
We respect the consumer's right to return damaged goods. The seller is confident that defective items are not delivered to the buyer as returned items will have negative impact on our business' reputation.
However, seller is not responsible for damaged items during shipment as couriers are not within our control. Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days upon receipt of the item. Buyer must immediately inspect the item and report any damages upon receipt.
If the buyer wishes to return or exchange the item, buyer will shoulder the shipping charges to be delivered to our business address. In case of request for refund, refund will be made after the item has been received by our staff.
Those who wish to visit our store, kindly proceed to the address indicated on our profile and bring the official receipt and the item in its original package. No receipt, no return or exchange. We have the right to refuse the item if evidences of tampering and/or misuse is present.
