Mobile phones are replaceable with Gadgets and Things SERVICE warranty, within 3 days. Replacement is subject to the discretion of our technical team and also subject for inspection before exchange.
b. SERVICE WARRANTY (Gadgets and Things Warranty)
All units WITHOUT manufacturer's warranty are covered by this. If the gadget is a factory defect or encounters a defect within the service warranty (1 YEAR ONLY). Gadgets and Things will repair the unit for FREE (Parts are not included). The customer will shoulder the cost of parts and other incidental costs. Units are subject for inspection by our technical team upon returning for repair.
