I had it checked by two technicians namely Mang Dong and Mang Bert. Both of them said that the unit needs to be cleaned, lubricated and adjusted (CLA). Since the viewfinder is broken, I asked for a quotation and Mang Dong also told me that looking at the unit, it will probably cost around 3,000-3,500 since he will be repairing the shutter but said that he can make it work. Plus, he can replace the broken viewfinder. For that price, it's an overall work-up for the camera and this will include cleaning, lubrication and adjustment. There are also few signs of wear and tear. But please note that I am not a TLR nor a lens expert that’s why I had it inspect by expert technicians to get second and third opinions. If you do have time, let's schedule a meet-up wherein it is most convenient for both of us so that you can personally test, check and inspect the unit. I already deducted the price for CLA which Mang Dong quoted to me that's why as compared to my other TLRs, this is way cheaper.
