We enforce NO SHOW, NO REFUND POLICY Once you have paid the DP and you fail to show up on the actual date of assembly, the DP, or any fraction, cannot be refunded, as these are already used to cover deposits for transportation rental, lodging, catering fees, and the like. All necessary preparations are based on the actual number of registered participants and not on those who only made a verbal commitment with us. So we encourage everyone to DOUBLE CHECK their schedules before committing on joining us on this trip.
However, the reservation can be transferred to another person. In case something urgent prohibits you from joining on the actual date and you have paid the DP, we encourage you to invite or seek a replacement for your slot instead. This is the best way for you to recoup your initial expense.
